Booking conditions for excursions
The customer is required to pay the amount reported in the booking system at the time of booking. The deposit payment can be made by credit card accepted by the Stripe system. The balance relating to the rental price will be required upon departure.
After payment of the deposit, INSULA 360 will allow you to print the voucher online, as proof of purchase, and must be presented to the service provider. All information regarding travelers must be correctly provided at the time of booking. All requests for changes / amendments must be sent by email to INSULA 360 at the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org INSULA 360 cannot be held responsible for any problem that may occur if you do not receive or if you do not read carefully confirmation / voucher. In the event that you are unable to print the voucher, it is necessary to notify INSULA 360 of the outage at least 72 hours before the start date of the service by e-mail to the address: email@example.com
3. Itinerary variations
INSULA 360 reserves the right to vary the itineraries due to adverse weather conditions in order to guarantee the safety of its customers; In such cases, INSULA 360 will not have to reimburse any fees.
4. Limitation of Liability
INSULA 360 assumes no responsibility for injuries, losses, damages, accidents, delays or inconveniences that may occur either by chance or force majeure (wars, civil unrest, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond its control or in any case attributable to the customer. INSULA 360 and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, for the benefit and pleasure of the tour members. INSULA 360 and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with the regulations in place.
If the customer is unable to take advantage of the booked excursion for any reason, he is free to find another person who can take on his rights and duties, with the previously obtained consent of the service provider. If no replacement is found, the service provider will return to the customer:
The total amount of the deposit paid (minus the reimbursement costs if this occurs after 90 days of payment), for cancellations received up to 7 (seven) days before the start of the rental period;
50% of the deposit paid (minus the reimbursement costs if this occurs after 90 days of payment), for cancellations received up to 5 (five) days before the start of the rental period;
In other cases, there is no refund of the deposit paid at the time of booking.
In case of disagreement or dispute, a peaceful solution will be sought. If this is not possible, the competent court for this dispute is in Tempio Pausania.
